  • Partial Mash

So I've done 100% extract and all grain but never partial mash. A buddy of mine gave me a brewcraft butterscotch stout kit that he wants me to make but this contains an extract tin, stout enhancer, some bits and bobs and lots of specialty grains.

Can someone help me out with the process?

Like I mentioned I have all the kit to do all grain so I can do a full boil and all of that but do I need to mash the specialty grains?
    Primary: APA
Bottled: Quad, tripel, K@K red ale
Keg 1: Weiss. 2: Weiss. Keg 3: Air. Keg 4: Air

You do it more like extract brewing, except you steep the specialty grain for 30min (depending on recipe) before the boil.

The rest is the same as extract brewing.
