Hi All , I`ve hopefully posted this in the right area of the forum ; this time ! I`m Edd , a UK Brewer & Beer Historian , and I`m seriously into old beers and brewing.If there are any other old beer fans on here , say How Do ! or pop a coment below , I`m a reasonably friendly Rugby and Beer obsessed chap ( Rugby Union ) , I used to play until a bad leg smash a few years ago .( No 6 ) .Let me know if you`ve got a favourite style of beer and I`ll post a reciipie or two up on here ( I usually post on my blog) ; Most of my recipies are from the north of England , but I`m searching for old brewing records from South Africa , and I`ll let members know what Info I manage to turn up ,Cheers All , and Happy Mashing & Brewing Edd The Brew
