3 x stainless steel tanks:
- HOT LIQUOR TANK
- BOIL KETTLE
- MASH TUN (with grain filter)
All tanks are fitted with ball valves and max31855 thermocouples...the boil kettle and hot liquor tanks are fitted with Camco 4500W stainless steel heater elements.
2 x 24V food grade pumps with stainless steel camlock fittings
1 x STC-1000 Temperature Controller (never used and still in the box)1 x Stir plate (homemade)
1 x Glass Thermometer
1 x pH pen with calibration solutions
1 x Bottle capper1 x DSi beer coupler (A system)
3 x 9L carboys
1 x 40L Carboy with temp strip and foamalite enclosure1 x 30L steel keg (missing spear)
1 x Heat Belt
1 x Fridge/Kegarator - the fridge is fully working, including freezer part. Tap mounted to the front with pipes for corny keg
1 x 19L corny keg
1 x 22" touch screen monitor (used to control the brewery pumps and elements)
4 x Pipes with stainless steel camlock fittings
1 x 30M copper chiller (homemade)
1 x 21L stainless steel pot
I made a brewery monitor/controller with a raspberry pi and windows IOT. It’s a simple interface that shows you the temperatures in each tank. Also enables you to switch your element and two pumps on, via touch screen (see video) Coded in c# - very easy to make changes.I didn’t spend too much time on the interface, and loads more can be done with a little bit of coding skills. Source code will be provided too off course. So, it’s not perfect, but works Some links to how I built everything...
