To make a Piwo Grodziskie or commenly refered to as a Gratzer by the Germans. It is a polish beer.

It's easy to make it yourself in a weber.

We did a shisa nyama rauchbier a few years ago:

piece of chuck on a grid, pale malt in a sieve, and a weber lid

get the meat to start dripping fat, put the sieve with malt on the grid but away from the heat, put the weber lid over sieve and meat and let the smoke circulate

        VOILA! smoked beef malt

In your case: coldish coals, a smoker pan, some oak chips
        wet the oak chips
put smoker pan with oak chips on the coals
once they start to smoulder, put the sieve with wheat malt in the weber and close the lid

smoke for 5 minutes, making sure the heat doesn't climb
