Rearranging for pressure (in bars)

CBeer = 1.96 * Vol (convert volume to g/L)
Temp = temperature in degrees C

Bar = (Cbeer / (2.71828182845904 ^ (-10.73797 + (2617.25 / (Temp + 273.15)))) / 10) - 1.013

kPa = Bar * 100
PSI = kPa * 0.145038

Metric charts are hard to find, but here's one for quick & easy reference. Volumes-of-CO2 is the basis of most charts.

Im still looking for a formula with pressure, temp, volumes, contact area and time. There must be something like that? Right?

I got that too but if you google the site name and carbonation charts you will get to their charts
