    Good Morning Guys,

I am very new to brewing. I started in lockdown with the traditional Pineapple and then on to Apple. Later I made a Gingerbeer that is actually very nice and which I will continue to make after lockdown. I have a current gingerbeer brewing which I will test with the hydrometer.

My neighbour and I recently bought the starter kits from Brewcraft. I made the Crossman's Gold Lager and the Passion & Peach Cider which I bottled on Sunday. I got 2 full cases of Beer and Cider and a mixed case.

    Now for the long wait.........

Proof is in the pudding, so how long until you get to crack open your brew? 2 week from sunday?

        Thanks Guys!

Will try one in 2 weeks time or maybe earlier........

I tasted both of them while I bottled them and both tasted fine. Just flat and warm but not bad at all

I couldn't wait the 2 weeks for bottle conditioning so I ended up cracking my first one after a week. It poured with a good head, however, the head vanished quite quickly. Still tastes frikken awesome though and it is properly carbonated now so I'm loving life.
There once was a man from Nantucket.
Who brewed his beer in a bucket.
He put the wort into there,
to cut down on the air.
Then drank it all up like a muppet.
