Just finished brewing a Schwarzbier for St Patrick's day. Great smells of choc and roasted malts, check out the heavy thick hot break on this one

I'm doing a Irish Potato Stout today. Tomorrow will be a Mango Saison.

My mill doesn't like malted wheat: nearly burned out my drill. Stuff is too hard for the drill's torque.

Are you going to bottle or keg?
    That sounds divine!

Will chat to my old man. Maybe i can help with the dril. He has a 1kw drill with no clutch from the 80ís. Iíve managed to dislocate my shoulder with that drill when i tried to drill a 20mm hole in concrete. Torque is not a problem. Plenty of that.

Recipe didn't have enough pale malt, so not enough diastatic power and the SG is too low
just added pale malt and extended the mash
on 1.035 but should be on 1.045
    These bloody experimental beers ............

That will be nice, otherwise I'll have to put a chain and sprocket system on the mill

A proper drill isn't that expensive these days, to be honest. What's your budget?
