    Nope, I have a full brewery, these are just things that are occasionally needed. When you do two serial mashes and a normal mash at the same time you start requiring extra equipment! When your brewing spoon disappears beneath the wort, when your scale meets mother earth and gives up the ghost, etc.

    Some things are emergency items, like her hair clip! Yes, I had to use her hair clip to hold a thermometer. See the blog for pics
