I am looking at brewing quite a few of the recipes from DIY Dog, but holy Nkasi! The hop additions are insane and therefor insanely expensive!
I am struggling to justify making a beer that costs between R700 and R1000+. Maybe I am just being silly because I do not usually buy ingredients for a beer, I just buy bulk and make beers from what I have.
Can anyone confirm that a 400 g dry hopping regime will really be worth it? As opposed to a 100 g?
