Mine is not quite the same. See thread below for the 4 profiles I have.
    I am happy with mine.

The logik 50L is 999 at game. Decided to pick one up for sparging (doing it with gas keg atm).

Damn that's a seriously good price. Anyone that's not doing all grain should jump at that.

Excellent price. Will stick with gas, do not need a kettle at this stage.

Mmm. Some do, some don't .. but in the right region. In my research none of them correspond EXACTLY with another source. BeerSmith has a set of preset profiles. I basically use the profiles from Bru'n Water. I've seens lots of YT vids where people do a water analysis using Beersmith - yet they use the water profiles from Bru'n Water.
Bru'n Water profiles are very easy to use. They work on the colour (SRM), 4 categories from light to dark, each with a malty, balanced, hoppy profile to them. So, you decide yellow hoppy for a blonde or yellow balanced for a lager or yellow malty for a Helles... etc

I have been pondering about that idea as well.. having an urn as a HLT.
R999 is cheapest I've ever seen.

While I do have one of those Logik urns, and paid the same, unless you're doing > 50L into the fermenter, it's serious overkill size wise for a sparge water heater.
I use a Pineware 20L plastic urn, costs R300 from most outlets. I still need to work up the courage to drill the thermowell hole in mine.
