We will also need your systems efficiency to accurately calculate the exact amounts needed

Im sure you said you use Brewfather software?

This is the button you press to set percentages ....

        Screenshot_22.jpg

So, you add all your fermentables in the recipe @ 1kg per ingredient ...
then you click that button and change the percentage for each ...
        and boom ... Done

Your target og is 12.6 plato which is 1.051 gravity.

Need to bump your amounts a bit

In the recipe it says dry hop, when should that happen? At the start of fermentation?

You usually dry hop after fermentation, at the very least after primary fermentation.

But how long should it be in the fermeneter for, only a day at the end before bottling?

Not everyone agrees on the same amount of days.
Anything between 3 days and 7 days.
I usually dry hop for 3-4 days.

A Case for Short And Cool Dry Hopping - Scott Janish

I started following this guys advice. he seems to know what he is talking about.

I went to the extreme tho. I cold crash, then when cold, I fine, cold condition and then 2 days before bottling I chuck in my dry hop charge and my priming solution(it diffuses better for me than any other method).

Beers been coming out lekker so will continue doing it this way.

If you dont want go to my extreme you could soft crash to 10-15C and dry hop for 2-4 days. YMMV

I see your IBUs are 12 - think should be nearer 38-40

                                https://www.wortsandall.co.za/showth...Killer-Hop-IPA
                                I see here shows 32.4

                                https://wortsandall.co.za/showthread...Killer-Hop-IPA
..but if I punch this into my software I get 39.4
