'oly shit but this brew is strong!!!,, used the fore shots to clean my
epoxy resin brushes! Gosh, worked better than acetone,...

The next batch already brewing and almost ready for the still.
I must say that I am pleasantly surprised with the outcome of
the first batch. I envisaged a whole new learning curve and rocket
science in the making. Although there is still lots of room for
improvement! Like the improved bung that will replace the existing
one,...

I think it works the same as a counter flow chiller ....

Jip Jigsaw has it. The idea is that your coldest cooling water is at the outlet so your product is chilled as low as possible. If you introduce the cold watter where the product is the hottest you only cool to a midpoint where the to fluid Temps are as close as possible to each other
