            I'm in for raw. Just pasteurized and then a hop stand sommer in the cube.

              When I did a raw, I boiled my hops for 30 minutes in my sparge water. Sparged with the hop tea, and then dumped it straight into a no-chill cube. Beer turned out fine.

                Also only do a 30 min boil, when using large amounts of pilsner I push it to 45 min.
                Everyone must beleive in something, I beleive I'll have another beer
