Hi All. One of my first all grain brews was an Alt. But I screwed up the grain bill and landed on 7% it was completely undrinkable.
I also managed to lose the recipe.
Bjcp recommends step mash and a rather complicated grain combo. Any advice is welcome.
Mello malt will most likely be in there somewhere. A full recipe would be cool. I'm gonna go check out BYO now as well
