    Well, if this was an infection I need more of it

    Primed and kegged into party kegs and bottles today after 18 days of fermentation. It reached 1.006 FG so I ended up on 4.2% ABV which is where I was aiming. It cleared nicely and tastes delicious, no off flavour, no diacetyl.

    I kept 1lt aside in the fridge which I'll carb in the sodastream later and post a pic. I'm happy with my first all grain brew in the Caterpride

    Now for a two week wait to enjoy
