    Perasan is peracetic acid. Hydrogen peroxide is something else. Sodium percarbonate breaks down into hydrogen peroxide, which makes it effective at sterilizing for a short period of time. You can get sodium percabonate with a stabilizer that'll keep the hydrogen peroxide in peroxide form (otherwise it just breaks down into water and O2 and minerals) for a longer time, but that's a different story.

    Sorry I see what you mean, like I said peroxide stuck not anything else made up of "peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide,acetic acid, proprietary ingredients, and water."

    Yep. And if you check what those things cost individually, you'd be shocked to find out that you can make your own StarSan for DAMN cheap. That's actually what I'm trying to do now, flood the SA market with my own branded StarSan copy, but at a fraction of the cost.
