On avg I do 10 hrs of cardio (cycling) a week, I dont have a brewing or a drinking problem
I value your experience more than your opinion - You could but you shouldn't - You should but I wouldn't - Time is on your side, never rush a beer - Have fun, its only beer - Don't believe all the crap you read on the www

Only 10h? Those are rookie numbers, but you being a cyclist makes a lot more sense now. I do agree though, you dont have a brewing problem, more of a problem brewing

You have no drinking limit with that much TITS. I only get to 2 to 3h a week. But at least I walk a lot for work. Still not enough for me to be on the correct side of the energy equation

I'm slowly getting back to it, depending on the time of year I run up to 100+km a week, but average about 50-60km a week, lockdown, and all the ultra races being cancelled really screwed with my running motivation.

50+ a week is solid running in my book, worth every beer 100 a week gets tough on the body. Respect to you .... keep going....

Hopefully the endurance events will start again soon. Im in for a 2 day event mid November and a big ultra in January

I havent been able to run since lockdown started, I really battle to train with no goal in mind and losing all of the races this year sucked.
Im back playing squash again so once that base fitness kicks in I will be back to running and cycling again too.
