Newb greetings from the Cape.
I always loved beer and always wanted to brew.
The hard lockdown forced me to start making juice based ciders.
I recently made my second batch of Munich/Mosaic smash with Kveik @ 7.9 abv,
which finished fermenting in 3 days.
I doubt I'll ever buy a "commercial" beer again unless it's craft or I'm waiting on a batch to finish.
