    Thanks for all the input everyone. I have been adjusting the AA% to match the hops so ai think I'm good on that front.

    Although my first couple batches went a little wrong, I've got a better handle on my boiloff rates and dead space in the kettle and on the last 3 batches I'm hitting my numbers (OG and post boil volumes) without the need to adjust boil times. These batches have still been very bitter.

    Perceived bitterness sounds interesting, I'll need to get my head around that.

    I'll run a couple test batches at 0m and half my altitude and see what they taste like.
