Anybody up for a wager here? Toxxyc cracks that beer well before 6 months to 'test' ?

Oh I'll definitely oak it for a few months, but then crack one soon after bottling to see how it tastes. A bunch will be left to sit and condition in the bottle though. I'm 100% sure I'll get that right. I managed it quite well with the lager I made.
