    My efficiency sucked

I think I had to mill a second time - still getting used to the new setup .... hopefully it will go better next time

You could add some cooked up sugar water to your fermenters - if og is really too low. Quite acceptable for a blonde style beer to have added sugar.. but then one would add it at the end of the boil. It's an option.

    Looks good Faan!

How did you end up doing your malt bucket? ie what did you put in for the bottom?

The bucket worked perfectly. But don't use my cut pattern. The plastic started tearing. My grain bill huge to be honest.

I used these meshes. I had to buy a meter of each and was bloody expensive. I do have lots left and I'll trade some for beer if you need some for your bucket

Could the huge grainbill not have tanked your efficiency?
