    Do you just slip those two sheets in? Or do you have a tube/fitting around the edge to help seal/seat it ?

    I put my grain bag in the bucket and used it like that but my sparge was dreadfully slow to drain, even without any wheat in the grainbill

    Also, I have no beer I'm afraid. Brewed a "moerby" batch yesterday with kveik so that I have something for the coming weeks.

    If its solid, and you are happy with it (ie it will work given not overloading the grainbill), let me know what it costs please ?

      I see a DRASTIC drop in my epic 93% efficiency if I use more than the usual amount of grains. Higher grain bill holds more wort so it takes a lot more effort to remove it. As a result I've stopped trying to do high-ABV distillation batches as the efficiency is terrible. I rather make two lower ABV batches and run the still a bit longer. Gas is cheaper than malt.

        I used some silicon tubing to seal of the sides - worked perfectly ....

        R200 for a set? Does it sound reasonable?

          It does. I'm just moer faaar from you haha.
          Coming to the east rand anytime soon?

          Else will it fit in a post net folder? i think it will be big enough ?
