  • Mix and match using leftovers brew

I'm wanting to brew with all the older odds and ends I have lying around. I haven't been able to brew for two months so I want to use up what I can from the open packs I have.
    Here is the recipe.

The pack of Mandarina bavaria has also been in the fridge for some time, so looking to use the whole lot for this brew.

I know its an APA and these need more hops, but I'm actually wanting something a little more malty (or balanced), rather than hop forward, for a change.

Would this work? or is there anything I should change to get a better result ?

Looks good. I didn't recreate it to check all the details but the only thing i would change at this point is to mash at 66 and not 64 if you are looking for something a little more malty sweet. Will finish at 1013 or 4.
