I thought they were great and had a 35l in my cart. But its short and stubby. Meaning i can only fit the snub nose in my ferm chamber. My plan was always 2x slimline corney kegs so ill have to pay almost dubbel for that. But then i can have 2x beers on rotation.

That 35l looks tempting. I would rather buy a few of them instead of kegs. Serve straight from the fermenter

stainless kegs will outlast the plastic a few hundred years or so and not so susceptible to scratching. floating diptube or at least shortened should sort the trub issue. volume takes a dive, except if youre talking 30 - 50l kegs

Are floating dip tubes available locally? I've only ever seen them on international websites...

Sorry, I read groenie's post as referring to fitting a floating dip tube to a stainless steel keg like a corny... So wondering if we can buy floating dip tube seperately.
