      I actually did let it ride out, it has a nice fruity slightly sour taste so seems like it was a Brett infection, most likely introduced when I dry hopped.

      I kegged it today, so will force carb it and see what it's like in a few days.

        Dude thats ugly! I really hope its a "good" infection. But it looks like old cheese. Probably better to infect a keg rather then 50 bottles

            I've had infections like that before, but mostly on my distillation runs. So if it goes bad, just distill it. Spirits come out just fine.

              ooof, that would look well at home in the milk the funk group. whatever you do, make sure you properly clean that fermentor.
              some guys leave infected brews a few years and it comes out alright, so perhaps enter it in a competition ?

                That FV needs a strong caustic for 1 week, a quick flush, and a strong peracetic for 1 week. Then in strong UV (sun) for a week.
