No semo, only flour i used that bleach free, brown bag one. i do want to make a poolish to make it easier, share your process/recipe. i really enjoyed the napolitana base

Nice Blondie i bottled just before Xmas,tried it with Oslo ,4day ferment, 2day cold crash, 1 day warm up/cleanup,rest and bottled on day 9. this is the clearest beer ive ever brewed, i somma want to cut the grass everyday
the pic cant show true clarity and light color but you get the "picture"

Honestly i dont mind an unclear beer as long as the desired taste is there
