Thanks for the compliments guys, I try my best

@Jannieverjaar Have a look at these threads for some info on brewing Lite lagers

    https://www.wortsandall.co.za/showth...le-lite-recipe
    https://www.wortsandall.co.za/showth...-lager-attempt

Just put a recipe together and place it on one of these threads, Im sure you will get some inputs and pointers there.

The Skinny Lager is unfortunately one of those beers that Ill be keeping my cards close to my chest its my German Leichtbier of 2019 SA NHC

The International Pale Lager is a very nice drinking style, a bit more Malty than SA Lagers and American lagers that can be quite bland and one dimensional, a bit more to a medium hop presence from the Centennial is also a plus.[/COLOR]

I value your experience more than your opinion - Time is on your side, never rush a beer - Don't believe all the crap you read on the www

hey, if it isn't the methanol man himself, glad so see that you're still sighted
anything exciting on the go? btw how long do you keep these beers before you pour them? i know you boil with irish moss/isinglass but do you also fine with gelatin? or is it a case of only the best of the "test that stood the test of time" kind of beer?
