    This is an premix American Amber Ale from BG mixed 50/50 w pale ale.
    Simcoe Chinook for bittering
    Cascade late addition
    Citra whirlpool

    7 days after bottling.
    Bit of porridge floating around.
    Possibly still busy secondary fermenting inside the bottle.

    Double NEIPA, still has a few days to go before it's fully conditioned, but had to have a taste.

    7.5%, 115 IBU, Mango and tropical fruit aromas

    Breaking my no beer in the week rule (but only a little) coz i just ate the saltiest biltong and whats better at washing it down then a nice citra pale ale

    No my homemade game biltong is never this salty. We got some from in town. It was chutney flavored so i think they were soaked as plain biltong, dried, cut AND THEN chutney spiced. Still good though

    The Citra dry-hopped IPA from a few weeks back. Needless to say, I'm now a fan of Citra and this being my first dry-hop brew I'm feeling confident to a lot more of it
