Onto the thread topic again. This weekend Langchop popped in and we shared a beer again. Specifically, the beer in question, and it's cleaning up pretty fast. I'm quite happy with Lutra, and the dry yeasty bite is subsiding fast. I'll be much more mellow in 2 weeks' time when the competition is upon us, and I'm happy about it. This Irish Red is way more into the traditional Irish Red territory, showcasing roasted notes and a much stronger hoppy bitterness and also a much drier finish, so I hope it does well. I like it, but that being said, it's hard for me to be impartial to my own beers...
He's swamped. Working full time, studying, being a dad and more I'm not at liberty to state as I'm not sure if he wants everyone to know everything. But yeah the guy's busy.
