      it's from 15mm hard drawn copper .. not the easiest stuff to bend/work with.
      But it works well. I can get a max water flow through there.

              There's 13m + tubing there.. hard to believe..
              2x 6.5m lengths plus the uprights .. say another 1m

                  Yes.. In used lead free silver solder (apparently - or so it said on the packaging)

                    How do you feel about the solder in your house's plumbing? Because it's likely the same stuff. Plumbing solder these days is pretty safe, lead free and all that. No hassles.

                      Yeah, not sure how much of it is on the inside of the pipe, but you have a point.

                        Quite a bit, I can assure you :P

                        Plumbing and soldering is a messy business, with a lot of flux and solder getting on the inside of the pipes (it pretty much goes everywhere the flux touches), which is why it's been made safe for hot water use and more. I wouldn't worry about it at all.
