I will happily share, now that I know it is a female plant!

Mine was purchased from a nursery where they grew the hops from seed, so I am not worried about any bugs.

Reviving an old thread: is it allowed?
I've probably got a few rhizomes coming my way, how have the growers found their hops progressing, since this thread is now nearly 4 years old, and what height have the plants grown to.
    Thanks

    It's a locally bred strain.
What happened to the chaps that had hops.
I'm going to put trellises in this week, I've got a pile of 6.5m Telkom poles, they should work

Thanks, I'll have spare if I get the rhizomes I've been promised.
My mouth is watering at the thought of a pilzner dry hopped with these. They are bred from noble varieties

I think your climate and location will work really well for growing hops. Interested to see how it works out.
Been wanting to try growing some in EL but not too sure how they will handle the summer.
