Crystal what? ... you can substitute with what they have

Recipe says caramel, Crystal malt. But yes will look at a substitute and using safale 05 for yeast instead of Nottingham.

Does it not say what Lovibond Crystal?

S-04 would be a better sub for Nottingham, but hey, it's your brew

I got it at BrewMart https://brewmart.co.za/
However this was just added for head retension not a must.
You can leave it out or add wheat or flaked wheat in its place.

Even a wee bit of Carapils or oats will do the job
