My Tropical Stout I brewed 30 Dec, bottled last Sat 9 Jan - 2 days in the bottle. Look at that!
Magnum @60, SAB Blend @30 and Amarillo and Summit @whirlpool.
OG 1.062 FG 1.015 ABV 6.2% VOSS

Still brewing away up here.... this is a 'clone' of a Kona big wave. Super light but very tasty, impossible to have just one.

No idea if it tastes anything like the original but my favourite YT brew channel loved it so thought I would give it a bash and Brewed it for Christmas along with a 'Norwegian' Wit (kveik yeast not a belguim). Messed up the coriander a bit on the wit but still quite drinkable.
